Our PMP course outline covers project management fundamentals, the PMI framework, and the three domains of People, Process, and Business Environment. At the end of the training, you will have a better understanding of the following:

Agile and Hybrid Practices
A significant portion of the PMP exam now covers agile and hybrid project management. Key areas include iterative approaches, retrospectives, backlogs, sprints, and managing adaptive project environments effectively.
Exam Strategy and Practice
